This policy explains what information Zoufe ("Zoufe," "we," "us") collects, why, and what you can do about it. Zoufe is operated by Neil Herzog. By using the site you agree to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what's necessary with the providers that run the service for us:
Each only receives the data needed to do its job, and is bound by its own privacy commitments.
Zoufe shows public listings from eBay and links out to them. Those links carry standard eBay Partner Network tracking parameters so eBay can credit a qualifying purchase to us. Once you click through, your activity on eBay is governed by eBay's own privacy policy, not this one.
The free tool needs no account, and we keep cookies and local storage to the minimum required to operate the site (for example, remembering a session while you use it). We don't use them to track you across other websites.
We keep your email and saved searches for as long as your alerts are active. When you unsubscribe, remove a search, or ask us to delete your data, we remove it — except limited records we're required to keep, such as payment and transaction history. To request deletion, email hello@zoufe.com.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any alert email or the "Unsubscribe from all" button on your manage page. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, or California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your information; email us and we'll help.
Zoufe isn't intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, we'll change the date at the top, and significant changes may be highlighted on the site.
