These terms govern your use of Zoufe ("Zoufe," "we," "us"), operated by Neil Herzog. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Zoufe.
Zoufe is a tool that surfaces public eBay listings using eBay's API — specifically, listings with misspelled titles and auctions ending soon with few or no bids. We are not eBay and are not affiliated with eBay beyond participating in the eBay Partner Network. We don't sell any goods ourselves; every purchase happens on eBay, subject to eBay's own terms and policies.
Zoufe participates in the eBay Partner Network. When you click a link and make a qualifying purchase on eBay, eBay may pay us a commission — at no additional cost to you.
Listing data — titles, prices, conditions, images, bid counts, and availability — comes from eBay and can be inaccurate, change, or disappear at any moment. We don't verify listings and we don't guarantee any price, deal, the authenticity or condition of any item, or that you'll win an auction. Always review the full listing on eBay and use your own judgment before buying. Any purchase is between you and the seller.
If you set up alerts, they're tied to the email address you provide. You're responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity associated with it. Alert timing depends on factors outside our control, including eBay's API, and we can't promise you'll be the first or only person to see any listing.
Pro is an optional paid plan ($4 per month, or the price shown at checkout), billed through Stripe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel, and by subscribing you authorize that recurring charge. We may change the price in the future; any change applies to future billing periods, and we'll give you notice beforehand.
You can cancel any time from your manage page, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro features stay active through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Because Pro is low-cost and you can cancel at any time to prevent the next charge, payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial months, except where a refund is required by law. If you were charged in error or something went wrong, email hello@zoufe.com and we'll make it right.
Please don't misuse the service. That includes scraping, automating, or overloading it; trying to break, probe, or interfere with it; or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that does any of these.
Zoufe is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time — including because of third-party API limits — without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoufe is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US $20. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for your dealings with eBay or any seller.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll change the date above, and your continued use of Zoufe means you accept the updated terms.
